The Cooking Crew was created for those in mind that love good food but don’t necessarily know where to begin when it comes to planning their weekly meals. They want to eat healthy but don’t want to sacrifice flavour or diversity. Life can get busy, and sometimes the last thing on your mind is what you are making for dinner.

Why did I start the Cooking Crew?

From years of experience in the Personal Chef world, I quickly began to realize just how many people don't have time or energy to constantly be planning for something delicious. Or, let alone sometimes not even having the time to plan anything at all. They feel frustration and minds go blank when it comes to thinking of new recipes. That is how The Cooking Crew started.

 

Let me work the magic of creating tasty and wholesome recipes. You on the other hand, simply follow along and start enjoying every single thing you eat.

The Cooking Crew is a weekly subscription based cooking program.

 

Every Friday, you can expect a new menu for the upcoming week. It will consist of 5 recipes and a detailed grocery list. Members will be able to log into their account where they will access the new weeks menu and grocery list. They will also be able to access the member database that will include free extra  recipes.

There are tons of recipes online, why should I join The Cooking Crew?


The Cooking Crew is for someone who doesn't have the time (or just doesn't want to) constantly be searching and scrolling on Pinterest looking for new meal ideas. As well as making grocery lists, worrying if what you are eating/feeding your family is balanced and substitutions for different diets or picky eaters. The Cooking Crew is basically taking all the hard work out so you can just follow along and look forward to what you are eating each week, almost in a surprise kind of way! The weekly menu's are specifically going to be designed to be diverse, filled with flavour and easy enough to make on a busy week night.




How much does The Cooking Crew cost?


Subscription based subscribers are billed $14.99 per month or $164.99 per year, making this the most cost efficient way to get access to the weekly meal plans/recipes. Of course, all subscriptions start with a free 7-day trial to give you a feel for the program first and see if it feels right for you!




Do I need to know how to cook?


I believe cooking doesn't have to be perfect and you shouldn't be so worried if something isn't exact. Don't worry, recipes will be very detailed and I will post videos for anything that seems confusing/a bit more challenging (be sure to check Instagram stories and the private Facebook page and message me with ANY questions!) but, my ultimate goal is to make you feel confident in the kitchen and really trust yourself that you are going to make an amazing meal!




What kind of food can I expect?


I wanted to make this as diverse as possible to reach a larger audience. I personally prefer to eat without a label. Seasonal, plant-forward and healthy-ish is my go to. I believe healthy food is anything cooked from scratch, using real whole-food ingredients. Use of dairy, wheat and meat will trinkle in occasionally, but almost always with substitutions. I don’t like to follow strict rules, I just like to pay attention to what makes me feel good. There will be lots of veggie centered meals, salads and soups. But there will also be comfort food classics and cookies! BALANCE! Either way, all notes and substitutions will be available for just about all of the recipes. Flavour wise, I love bright bold flavours, sauces, and seasoning. You can expect for your tastebuds to be wowed! I have traveled a lot the past 5 years and my culinary style has been majorly influenced. *If you are completely vegan, the program will be about 80-90% adaptable.*




How many recipes will I receive each week when I subscribe?


Each week you receive 5 new recipes for the upcoming week. 4 meals and 1 snack/sweet treat. As a member you will also have access to the Cooking Crew Staples page that contains recipes for quick things/staples that I use often in recipes or sides. Things such as: sauces, dips, dressings, homemade stock and a few other goodies that I feel are useful and that I want you to have unlimited access to!




When I subscribe, will I receive access to all the previous week's/recipes?
