In Case You're Wondering..

Do you make the menu or do I choose what I want you to cook?

Whatever you prefer! Normally, the longer I work with a client the better I get to know their preferred way of eating, favourite dishes, flavours they like etc. they buy groceries and I just cook away. Other clients prefer to tell me what they want and they buy the groceries, or send me pinterest ideas etc. I have also curated exact menu plans for clients as well. It all depends on the needs of you and your family.

How long does it take you to cook a week's worth of meals?

It really depends on your individual needs. Clients looking for meals for the week for 1-2 people, I normally cook once a week for 4-5 hours. This gives them 5-6 meals, leftovers for lunches, salads etc. Larger families I go twice per week for 6-7 hours. Per day during that week i’ll make around 3-4 meals, salads/bowls for lunches, snacks for kids and perhaps some breakfast items.

Where do you store the food?

I prefer you have glass storage containers. Storing in glass rather than plastic has many benefits. You can reheat food directly in them, and they can go in the oven. They are eco friendly, stackable, non-tox (unlike plastic containers) and you can see what is in them from a fridge view!
